Cancellation Policy

It is not the responsibility of Track Action if you fail or are unable to attend, have a bike or safety equipment that isn’t deemed in an acceptable condition to participate, are unfit to ride, or choose not to ride in all or part of the day.

Only riders with Just in Case or Cancellation insurance purchased at the time of booking are eligible for event transfer.

Refund Policy
Track Action has a strict no refund policy.
Regardless of the reason, no refund in part or in full will be given.
All sales are final.

On very rare occasions there may be exceptions to this policy, completely at the discretion of Track Action WA. Please send an email to us if you wish to explain your individual situation.

Event Cancellations

  • Should an event be cancelled out of Track Action’s control prior to an event all bookings will be transferred to the next event, no refunds will be issued.
  • Should an event be cancelled mid event due to circumstances outside Track Action’s control no refund/event transfer will be issued.
