By placing an order the customer acknowledges that they have read and fully understand and accept the following terms and conditions.
Your privacy is important to us, Track Action will take reasonable steps to protect the personal information we hold from misuse and loss and from unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. Your personal information will not be shared or distributed to any third party.
Track Action product description details the sizes available as provided by the manufacture. Selecting sizes is solely the Customer’s responsibility. Our friendly staff are happy assist and offer advice on sizing.
Track Action is committed to customer satisfaction and if for any reason you are not satisfied with your accessory purchase, you may return the unused product/s within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the price of the product/s or alternatively exchange for another product.
Please note that return freight is the responsibility of the customer.
All returned product/s must be un-used and in its complete original packaging with all original tags attached and proof of purchase.
The returned product is not resalable as a new product if any of the following criteria applies.
* The sealed packaging has been opened
* Obvious signs of use
* Label/s are missing
* Accessories and parts are missing
* A clearance/sale item or
* A special order.
Track Action reserves the right to refuse or charge up to 25% restocking fee.
Prior to any product being returned please contact Track Action to discuss your options.
If we are unable to fulfil your request a friendly Track Action team member will give you a call to discuss alternative options.

Photo ID must be shown when collecting orders from the track.
Customer satisfaction is our priority and we understand the importance of processing warranty claims diligently.
If you believe you have a faulty item that requires an assessment for repair, replacement or refund please contact us as soon as possible with all information regarding the fault on email@example.com to begin the process.
All products sold are covered by the manufacturers’ warranty only. Track Action makes no independent or additional warranty, but merely passes through to the Customer what ever end-user warranty that manufacturer provides. Track Action are committed to processing warranty claims as promptly as possible.
Track Action makes every effort to be as accurate as possible regarding product information and images. In the event that a product price, information or image/s published contains technical inaccuracies or typographical errors we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we will issue a refund in full.
Track Action reserves the right to refuse to process an order or sale.
All sales shall be deemed made in the state of Queensland, Australia regardless of the location of the customer. The customer agrees that any dispute that arises with Track Action shall be brought by the customer exclusively in the state or federal courts in the state of Queensland.
Track Action will ship items only within Australia.
Your order will be delivered to your door by Courier.
Please allow between 10-12 business days for your order to arrive, if more than 12 days have passed please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to review the status of your order.
